- Local students: Minimum Junior Certificate (JC)
- International students: Any prior learning experience or literacy
- Valid ID (Omang / Passport)
- Passport-sized photograph
- Copies of previous certificates (if available)

Trade C Equivalent Certificate
Upon successful completion, students receive a Trade C-equivalent certificate — a nationally recognised qualification issued under the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA, ETP0087) and registered with the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC). These certificates are recognised across Botswana and the Southern African region by employers and industry bodies.
